Noonan Construction have applied for planning permission to build a mixture of 100 two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes in Rossalre Strand located within a short stroll of Kelly's Resort Hotel. These luxurious holiday homes ( ranging from 818 sq.ft to 1,660 sq.ft ) will also include an all weather tennis court and childrens playground.

In November 2005 Nooan Construction acquired a 17 acre site at Townparks, Skerries which is located within walking distance of the Skerries Train Station. It is envisaged that a planning application will be lodged for a mixture of houses, apartments and a neighbourhood shopping centre during 2011.
