The Noonan Construction Group has a 35% shareholding in the Griffin Hotel Group, the premier Hotel Group in the South East, comprising of Ferrycarrig Hotel, Hotel Kilkenny and Monart Destination Spa.


In 1991 Noonan Construction Group joined forces with well known hotelier and former All Ireland Wexford Hurling Team Manager Liam Griffin to purchase the Ferrycarrig Hotel
In the intervening years the Griffin Hotel Group have invested over €60 million into purchasing, constructing and renovating the three hotels.
